How To Install The Latest GIMP 2.9 Development Build on Ubuntu

In this tutorial you are going to learn how to install the latest version of gimp on your ubuntu box.
First open the terminal.

Then type the following command to add the repo.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:otto-kesselgulasch/gimp-edge

Then do an update.

sudo apt update

Once the update is finished run the following command to perform the install.

sudo apt install gimp
